New Roots Community Farm

Farm Market Sales Associate

Part Time (Hourly)

Job Description

Organization Overview

In concert with federal, state, and local partners working to strengthen and diversify Central Appalachia’s economy, New Roots Community Farm (NRCF) is cultivating an ag-entrepreneurial ecosystem that is giving rise to a vibrant local foods economy in the New River Gorge region of Southern West Virginia.

Established in Fayetteville, WV in 2019, NRCF is an 82-acre diversified production demonstration farm with a year-round Farm Market. The market features produce grown on-site alongside a curated selection of meat, dairy, eggs, pantry goods, and value-added products from regional producers.
